Descripción de la oferta
* Be responsible for a Business line in Spain and Portugal.
* Takes the lead in the contact of the managed account, builds up and manages the relationship with the main contact and coordinates all other relations across the customer organization and if needed, with the support of local regional sales.
* Strategically develops business solutions (new innovative products and services) in the assigned segment for existing and prospect customers by using all marketing-mix tools. A business solution is a product and service offer to customers that fulfils the customer's requirements and meets the applicable segment/ BU profitability targets.
* Monitors and enhance product and customer portfolio to achieve segment/ BU targets.
* Closely follows market trends, competition, new products and translate/incorporate them into new, profitable business solutions for the segment.
* Takes up the necessary measures and actions on pricing and product/customer mix to achieve CP Products EBIT/contribution margin target within the assigned customer account.
* Manages all sales and product management activities as well as the marketing towards customers and markets in close cooperation with the Marketing & Communications Manager and is directly responsible for his assigned managed account.
* Leads, coordinates and develops assigned regional sales representatives working together with the different sites of the managed account.
* Identifies new businesses and products to be developed within the managed account.
* Coordinates across all involved plants and regional sales involved, the pricing and tenders based on knowledge and benchmarking.
* Prepares and monitors budgets and forecasts, follow up closely on deviations with the managed account. Perfil del candidato * High Education.
* Previous experience working in a Sales position for a flexible packaging organization or similar.
* Proven experience in sales.
* Ability to take and implement initiatives.Excellent interpersonal skills, high personal integrity.
* Flexibility, mobility for frequent travelling. Barcelona Office or Home Based.
